A specific range designed to fulfill our customers’ expectations on special occasions!
It is based on stuffed poultry (either chicken, Guinea fowl, duckling or cockerel) hand-worked with care and taste for traditional recipes mixed with today’s creative cooking trends. All products are 100% French origin and handled and hand-processed in the pure tradition of poultry masters.
The Xmas stuffed range is renewed every year.
