Savic en Vendée

Ingredients for 4 :

– 4 chicken breasts

– 50 cl of red ale

– 1 onion

– 2 carrots

– 50 ml of double cream

– 2 tablespoons of strong mustard

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Peel and thinly slice the onion, peel and slice the carrots.

Sauté the chicken in 50g butter, add the mustard, salt and pepper. Once the meat is golden, take off the cooker.

Over high heat, sauté the onion and carrots in 30g butter. Add to the chicken, pour in the red ale, mix and simmer witha lid over low heat for 40 min.

Once cooked, add the double cream and mix. Check the seasoning before serving.
